Books and Disney Villains Tag

Hey guys!

I love book tags and I love Disney, so this is a good idea right?! I saw this tag over on Sarah’s blog and had to give it a go myself!

Here we Go!

Captain Hook (a book that made you wish time stood still)

All the Bright Places by Jennifer Niven. Whenever Theodore and Violet went on their wanderings, I just wished they lasted forever. It always felt so magical and lovely and so real.

Cruella de Ville (a book that made you angry)

I’ll Give You the Sun by Jandy Nelson. Don’t get me wrong, I loved the book, but Jude and Noah mad me infuriated. At points, I wished I could reach in and strangle them for their actions and selfishness. I think it’s evident that I like to hold grudges.

Maleficent (a book full of magic)

Caraval by Stephanie Garber. I would love to be part of the world. Garber makes it sound absolutely beautiful and magical. I’m not sure if I

Queen of Hearts (a book that made you cry)

Heartless by Marissa Meyer left me a sobbing wreck. Honestly, I was a big romantic when I read it, so it was heart-wrenching for me to see how Catherine changed.

Scar (a book you want to read again)

The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan. I really enjoyed the book, and so many ideas rang through to me but I felt like there were things I wasn’t able to quite relate to because of my age. There are many books that you can read at different times during your life and each time, you’ll have a different experience. This is one of them.

Jafar (a book that made you wish you were part of the story)

The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer – If I ended up as a character, I’d probably be Iko, because I love shipping and fangirling over ships 😉

Ursula (a book you’d recommend to everyone)

The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephan Chbosky. I read this back in grade 8 and I don’t think I liked it that much while I was reading it but it really stook with me. I think if I read this again now, I’d have a greater appreciation for it. Sighs, how much things change in 4 years. Definitely a great coming of age novel.

This was fun, it took some thinking and digging through my bookshelf! Feel free to tag yourselves, I’d love to see your posts!
